William Henry Lloyd
William Henry Lloyd (29 June 1932 – 28 July 1992), a Baltimore, Maryland attorney, was the Republican Party candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives from Maryland (1st District) in 1942,[1] defeated by incumbent David J. Ward, the Democratic Party candidate.[2] He was a founder of the American College of Heraldry and Arms.[3]
